Penington Institute CEO, John Ryan, was featured on ABC’s 7:30 last night speaking about the structural challenges facing the Victorian opioid pharmacotherapy treatment system and the need for urgent action to prevent further failures.
In August 2023, Penington Institute released a report on pharmacotherapy which provides a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities of the current landscape in Australia. The report also outlines recommendations to stabilise the fragile system and make it more accessible and effective for patients.
