Lucinda is CEO of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation and was the first-ever female CEO of the Victorian Country Fire Authority.

Having spent 32 years at Victoria Police, she rose to the rank of Deputy Commissioner and received the Australian Police Medal for distinguished services to policing in 2009.

Lucinda’s passion for public service and her diverse experience in frontline response and community safety informs the valuable leadership she provides to Penington Institute.

In addition to sitting on Penington Institute’s board, Lucinda is also a Director of Hawthorn Football Club, BankVic, and Alkira.
