Dr Bulent Hass Dellal AO

Dr Bulent (Hass) Dellal AO is Executive Director and Company Secretary of the Australian Multicultural Foundation, and Adjunct Professor at Deakin University’s Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation.

Dr Dellal has given decades of service to multicultural organisations, the arts and the community, promoting multicultural Australia.

Last year, Dr Dellal concluded 10 years of service on the Board of Directors of SBS Television and Radio, serving as Chair for the final three of those years.

In 2015, Dr Dellal was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to the multicultural community.

He brings extensive leadership experience across policy, management, and community development and will help Penington Institute to further fulfil its mission of improving community safety in relation to drugs.
