Mr Scott Wilson

Mr Scott Wilson is CEO of ADAC, the Aboriginal Drug and Alcohol Council (South Australia). Scott’s past appointments and leadership positions include Deputy Chair of both the National Indigenous Drug and Alcohol Committee and the Alcohol Education Rehabilitation Foundation.

With both professional and personal experience of substance use, Scott has been a valued member of major governmental and non-governmental committees in Australia for more than 30 years. 

Scott has contributed to numerous national committees ensuring Indigenous perspectives are central to mainstream health service delivery, often finding there is an assumption that Indigenous organisations will address the challenges faced by Indigenous people who use drugs.
