Community

Help us to promote health and community safety by connecting lived experience to research.

Problematic drug use often has a ripple effect that is felt by families and communities for years. We work tirelessly to address these harms, but we can’t do it on our own.

Every dollar we receive from donors like you makes a difference.

Your support helps us stay at the forefront of research, train workers to recognise and respond to opioid overdoses, and to grow International Overdose Awareness Day, among other important work.

Help us make change for the better to ensure the health and safety of our people and communities.

A regular monthly donation is the best way to support Penington Institute. Your support will allow us to plan for the future and direct funds to our major projects. You can arrange to have a nominated amount deducted monthly from your nominated credit card or bank account.

It is safe and secure, and you can change your donation whenever you need. You will also receive an annual tax receipt at tax time.

When you become a regular supporter, you’re automatically added to our mailing list and will receive updates about our work.

A bequest or leaving a gift in your will is a very special way to support Penington Institute and will have a lasting impact on the work we do.

If you would like to give a significant gift in memory of a loved one, please contact us on 03 9650 0699 or info@penington.org.au for a confidential discussion.

Community fundraising is a great way to support Penington Institute. Just about any idea is a fundraising opportunity, and we can offer you some tips and guidelines on how to make them work.

We rely on the support of our valuable sponsors to enable us to organise and deliver events such as conferences and seminars.
