Joe is the Chief Operations Officer of the Bozzo Group, a family business with interests in investment, agriculture, land development and hospitality, with executive responsibility for all aspects of the successful operation of the group, including strategy, operations, financial control, risk & compliance and technology.
He was previously CEO of First Samuel Limited, an independent, boutique private wealth manager and CFO of Plum Financial Services, a leading provider of superannuation administration services to medium and large Australian companies, and part of the NAB Group.
He is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland) an alumnus of Leadership Victoria, and has been a member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee since March 2016.
